📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and treatment.,Perform basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with medication administration, and monitoring patient conditions.,Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and efficiently.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and effective patient care.,Support the nursing home in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as directed by the registered nurse.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing care plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as an assistant nurse or similar healthcare role is preferred.,Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care is required.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to work in a healthcare facility and assist patients in their care.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and equipment is a plus.
