📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and risks.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
