📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates,Support the team in conducting job interviews and assessments,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS),Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Support the team in maintaining a positive candidate experience,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong organizational and time management skills
