In this role, you will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure that all outbound travel arrangements are executed flawlessly.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate outbound travel operations, including bookings, itineraries, and guest communications.
- Collaborate with suppliers, tour operators, and service providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain travel documentation, including visas, permits, and travel insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Track and analyze outbound travel data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed client expectations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound travel operations or a similar role.
- Proficient in using travel management systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and insurance policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar is a plus.
