AETHER Group is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and competitive compensation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports,Process payroll and ensure accurate payment of salaries,Manage vendor invoices and payments,Conduct bank reconciliations,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies,Provide support to the finance team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Knowledge of financial software and accounting principles,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
