📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes to mitigate risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.,Participating in continuous learning and development activities to stay updated with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
