Rejeki Intan Mart is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to prevent damage and ensure efficiency.,Monitor and report on vehicle usage and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and usage.,Coordinate with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
