Space Net Ekspansindo is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Pasuruan. We are a growing company and we are looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to welcome our guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome.,Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.,Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its amenities.,Assist with guest requests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.,Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.,Monitor and record guest arrivals and departures.,Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Work with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
