📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent management programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct training and development activities to support employee growth and career advancement.
• Create and deliver training materials using various e-learning platforms such as Moodle and Articulate.
• Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Assist in the organization of team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and e-learning platforms such as Moodle and Articulate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
