QUILL Jaya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, benefits enrollment, and training.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and handling employee inquiries.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
