Crown Town Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping employees succeed. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Assess training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies,Collaborate with managers to integrate training into performance management,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training and development needs,Assist in the development and implementation of new training initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
