📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
