In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the coordination of fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Manage fuel procurement and monitor fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Conduct regular audits of fleet operations to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to fleet coordinators and drivers.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.,Proven track record of cost optimization and efficiency improvement.,Valid driver's license and experience driving fleet vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
