📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all machinery operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan.,Train and mentor junior operators to ensure high standards of operation are maintained.,Monitor production schedules and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery issues promptly.,Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.,Maintain accurate records of machinery usage, maintenance, and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures is a plus.
