📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
  • Train and mentor junior mechanics and other staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    • 🛠️ Keahlian

    <li>AutoCAD or similar design software.</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques.</li><li>Experience with fleet management software.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality control.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.</li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy objects.</li>
