Up Gate Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Staff Accounting to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
