📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Cafe Budi Tea brand and products.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage the company's social media presence and engage with customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation is a plus.
