📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for all project phases.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide reports to project managers.,Analyze and interpret cost data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the property development industry.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management principles.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Good understanding of Indonesian construction practices and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
