📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the operations of assigned vessels, ensuring safety and compliance with maritime regulations,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and cargo handling,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance,Coordinate with port authorities, pilots, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations,Ensure the well-being and safety of the crew, and promote a positive and productive work environment,Monitor vessel performance and report any issues to the appropriate authorities,Participate in crew training and development programs to maintain high standards of competency,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety and excellence🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MMC) or equivalent,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with ECDIS and other modern navigation systems,Experience with cargo operations and handling is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
