Prime Central Berjaya is seeking a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.,Develop and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
