Mart Go Abadi is looking for a talented Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve our sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all regulations and guidelines are being followed.,Work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve our sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve store performance.,Train and mentor store staff on operational procedures and best practices.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store, and ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
