📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and budget to optimize costs and profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven success in leading a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
