📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing accurate and timely information about our insurance products and services to customers.
  • Assisting customers in choosing the right insurance policy based on their needs and budget.
  • Processing insurance applications and handling customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
