📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial information and analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and other finance team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
