📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop high-quality plastic moulds using advanced CAD software and tools,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure moulds meet client requirements and industry standards,Analyze and troubleshoot mould design and production issues to improve efficiency and quality,Conduct mould testing and validation to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements,Mentor and train junior designers and engineers in best practices and industry standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in our mould designs,Prepare detailed design documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders,Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective mould development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic mould design and development,Proven track record of designing and developing high-quality plastic moulds for various industries,Proficiency in using advanced CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA,Strong understanding of plastic injection moulding processes and materials,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong communication and presentation skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
