📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure high performance standards.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Provide excellent customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and events to promote Mart Bay Dinamis products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English language.
