📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of SMT technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality production.,Develop and implement SMT processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the electronics manufacturing industry.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.,Conduct training and development programs for the SMT team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain and update SMT equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT process engineering or a similar role in electronics manufacturing.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of SMT technicians.,Strong knowledge of SMT technology, including stencil printing, component placement, and reflow soldering.,Experience with SMT equipment and machinery, including AOI, SPI, and reflow ovens.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to monitor and analyze production data.,Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
