📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement vendor management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring that they align with our business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that vendor deliverables meet our requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vendor management.
• Provide training and support to vendors to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise between our company and our vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with AI and data annotation would be a plus.
