As a Banquet Staff at Paradise Island Resorts & Events, you will manage every aspect of banquet services, from initial client consultations to the final execution. You will work with a variety of event types, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations, ensuring that each event meets the highest standards of excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and guest accommodations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Work with event managers to create detailed event timelines and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure all financial aspects are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage services.
• Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of service are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or event planning, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in using event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and permits required for event planning in Bangka Belitung.
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in event management are a plus.
