📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources including POS systems, CRM, and customer surveys.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, customer behavior, and operational metrics.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from our databases.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights for marketing, sales, and operational teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Present findings to senior management in a clear and compelling manner to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and techniques to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
• Certification in data analytics or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
