📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of electrical projects.
Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and efficiently, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage and supervise a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
Certification in electrical safety and compliance (e.g., NECA, NECB, or equivalent).
Proficient in using electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, or similar.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
