As a People Development Specialist, you will work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs, develop customized programs, and measure their effectiveness. You will leverage industry-leading tools such as Cornerstone OnDemand and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline training processes and provide data-driven insights. With a competitive salary ranging from Rp 3,000,000 to Rp 4,500,000 per month, this is an exciting opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a company that values its employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive employee development programs tailored to the specific needs of our workforce.
• Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure programs are effective and relevant.
• Collaborate with managers to create customized learning and development plans for individual employees.
• Utilize Cornerstone OnDemand and SAP SuccessFactors to manage and track training programs, and provide data-driven insights.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee development and performance enhancement.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs using Cornerstone OnDemand and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and methodologies for measuring training effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers, employees, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or ATD Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
