In this role, you will daily handle financial transactions, manage budgets, and coordinate travel itineraries using tools like QuickBooks and SAP Concur. You will also interact with clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording in QuickBooks.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries using SAP Concur and other travel management tools.
• Process payments and invoices, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for travel operations.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure their travel needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or a related role in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP Concur.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with travel industry standards and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
