As a Junior Account Executive at Hometaste, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, and assist in budget planning and forecasting. You will use tools like QuickBooks and Excel to manage financial data, and your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage full-set accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
- Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Assist in preparing financial statements and tax filings
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations (CUKUP)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
