Stripe is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our Platforms Hunter team in Dublin. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for connecting with businesses and understanding their needs.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform. This role requires fluency in German, as it will involve working closely with German-speaking clients and partners. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using Stripe's platform.
  • Manage the onboarding and integration process for new clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Track and report on client performance and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with payment processing platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
