📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 staff members, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and develop staff to uphold the hotel’s service standards and company values.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Participate in shift meetings and contribute to the hotel’s overall operational strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in Bali or another tropical destination is a plus.
