In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create accurate and efficient 3D models that enhance project visualization, coordination, and management. You will also contribute to the development of BIM standards and best practices within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models of architectural and engineering designs using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure models are accurate and reflect the latest design changes.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts in the design.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Prepare and deliver BIM reports, including model validation, clash detection, and quantity take-offs.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to discuss model progress and address any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and contributions.
• Mentor and train junior team members on BIM software and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with knowledge of other BIM software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Tekla Structures.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
