📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain dormitory facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with facility management teams to address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
• Organize and oversee daily operations, including cleaning, meal services, and security.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management, using Mandarin to bridge language barriers.
• Implement and enforce dormitory rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the dormitory.
• Foster a sense of community among residents by organizing social and recreational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dormitory management or a similar role.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to workplace safety and employee accommodations.
• Experience in managing multi-cultural teams is a plus.
• Valid ID card and work permit for Indonesia.
• Willingness to relocate to Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
