📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process motor insurance claims from initiation to final settlement.
• Conduct initial assessments and investigations to determine the validity of claims.
• Coordinate with surveyors and adjusters to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Verify and validate claims using internal systems and external databases.
• Communicate with policyholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a related role.
• Proficient in using insurance claims processing software such as Claims360, Guidewire, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
