📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
• Oversee housekeeping schedules and ensure all guest rooms are clean and ready for the next guest.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues in guest rooms or public areas.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for guest amenities and supplies.
• Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring all events run smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service to both guests and staff.
• Generate and maintain operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
